Bridget has established a robust practice focused on mental health, women's health, and fertility. In a fast-paced world, Bridget helps clients regain balance, employing a combined approach of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and therapeutic advice.

Classically Trained Acupuncturist
Polstar Pilates Instructor
Reflexology & Massage Therapist.
I began my journey in health and movement in the UK. Disillusioned after 10 years in investment banking, I moved into the exercise and wellness industry. I have a holistic approach to health with qualifications in Reflexology, Pilates, MFR and most recently Classical Acupuncture.
My first introduction to acupuncture was in a London NHS Hospital. I was offered acupuncture as an option to help with a difficult birth prior to other intervention (forceps, epidural etc). It worked and I was able to deliver my baby with no intervention. This has shaped how I think of acupuncture today.
Since then, it has been my goal to learn acupuncture. I achieved that goal and studied through one of the few international schools that teach ‘Classical Acupuncture’ based in France graduating in 2023.
For the last 15 years I have been working alongside Physios and Chiropractors in a Pilates rehabilitation and health environment. I worked with Fusion Physio in Ahuriri for the last seven years. By building up my knowledge and understanding of movement dysfunction and causation I came to understand that the emotional, psychological and physical states are all intrinsically connected and impact each other when imbalanced.
This is where acupuncture can really help.
I have also developed a network of like minded professionals to work with collaboratively, ensuring that clients are always given the best possible treatment available. By adding acupuncture to my skill set I have enhanced my ability to provide another alternative to clients where I can positively change their health and wellbeing and consequently their quality of life.
